Our Story

PACCOM was born from the belief that the construction industry deserves better—better leadership, better systems, and better outcomes. Founder Ben Goehner began working in the trades at a young age, gaining firsthand experience on job sites long before entering Real Estate and Private Equity. Growing quickly over the past 12 years in the Construction industry and four years focused on Private Equity, his global travels and industry insights shaped a vision to modernize how construction businesses grow, operate, and transition.
